cute for the sake of cute

This will be a shorter than usual posting...I just figured it was most important that I at least try to post pictures with some degree of consistency (hence, the main purpose of a "photo blog"?). I also figured I couldn't go wrong with another dose of adorable! Baby Jack and his folks, Nick (bro) and Aimee (sis-in-law) came over to our place for a little visit before we left to go back to Newfoundland for Christmas.

We decided to give him one of his gifts, which turned out to be his first Christmas gift ever! It was a cute little green coat (I liked calling it his "little man coat"). Unfortunately, poor Jackson must forever carry the stigma of having been given clothes as his first gift.

In retrospect, that was just plain cruel.
